Hello,

I need to know which APIs are available for CUCX. I have found UCCXCTI, but I think this API is indicated for call proccesing. What about e-mail, for instance?

Ther is on-demand recording through the recording API available with UCCx 8.x, please refer the below UCCX data sheet.
