Cisco Unified Intelligence Center_ RTMT Error

we are getting Report execution  failure error in every 1hour.

Alert Details:

Intelligence Center CUIC_REPORT_EXECUTION_FAILED has occured. Counter CUIC_REPORT_EXECUTION_FAILED of Intelligence Center System Condition Table on node segotvoice040 has state value of 2. ReasonCode: Critical System Condition is raised.

CUIC Version:

Version:8.5(4) build 1 (8_5_4_10000_99)

please help to find a solution.

can you please post the whole error log? There must be something else causing these alarms.

Where i can find the whole error log?  are you mentioned about 'Trace & Log Central', if yes please provide the system services/Applications list for collecting the log.

I can see there's a relatively high number of exceptions. Are there any external data sources used? Any custom reports?

CUIC server type is CUIC Premium and we have some custom reports.

we are using the ICMAW A&B DB as data source and all are online.
