Cisco Unified Intelligence Center_ Scheduler not working

Scheduled report on CUIC is not executing when it scheduled as Type Email and file Type 'XLS(Zipped)'. It working fine with

Type Email and file Type 'PDF'. Everything was fine before 2 weeks and suddenly stopped the executing the XLS file type.

CUIC Version:

Version:8.5(4) build 1 (8_5_4_10000_99)

please help to find a solution.

Issue resolved after restart

Issue resolved after restart the Reporting service(Intelligence Center Reporting Service) through CLI.
