Hello there.

I had the same problem yesterday, after trying to upgrade the version of one of my CUEs. It's something (apparently) affecting the embedded bios installed on the CUE's disk. When I sent this error screen to TAC they asked me to try to reseat the module. As it didn't work, they issued a RMA for the CUE. I suggest, if you didn't do so, that you open a TAC ticket.
