Clarification of Comprehensive Call Flow

Hi All - Please help me out in understanding below questions.

1. Once agent get reserved, ICME respond ICM_CONNECT and ICM_RELEASE to CVP ICM services.

2. ICM services will forward ICM_RELEASE to IVR services which inturn forward Disconnect temp to VXML G/W

Now my question is Disconnect temp have any inbuilt mechanism which will update SIP to disconnect VRU Leg which has initated as O/B leg from CVP SIP services to VXML G/W for VRU treatment.

Because i can see BYE Msg is repeating twice, One from VXML --> CVP SIP service and CVP SIP respond 200 OK ---> VXML and one from CVP SIP ---> VXML G/W and VXML G/W respond 200 OK ---> CVP SIP service.

When i check the call flow i came know to know only CVP SIP service will send BYE Msg to disconnect VRU Leg which has initated as O/B leg from CVP SIP services to VXML G/W for VRU treatment.

         request bye sip-header p-rtp-stat remove

         response 200 sip-header p-rtp-stat remove

2) Apply the Profile in the SIP Global level
