Does CME support UCCX premium and data base dips?

Hi,
I am not sure whether this is what you mean, but if you wanted to ask whether Callmanager Express works with UCCX, then the answer is yes. UCCX premium does have a database subsystem and using that you can do database lookups.
Take a look at the "Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (Cisco Unified CCX) Software and Hardware Compatibility Guide" available on Cisco's Support web.

I guess my question is if you are able to do the database dips when integrated with CME. It seems since the functionality resides in UCCX and not CME that you would be able to do everything but I was told you can't when integrated with CME and I'm just looking for confirmation on can or can't.

Hi, I am not aware of anything that would block UCCX from making database queries when it's integrated with CME instead of CUCM.

Can anyone from Cisco chime in to let me know if there is any reason you can't do the database dips when integrated with CME? I would hate to propose a solution that won't work.
