CME-CDR via FTP OR FLASH !

Hello everyone

I just need to import the CDR from the cme to ftp what i have it read the follow
I have just configured the cme with these parameters
!
gw-accounting file
primary ftp 172.17.2.30/CDR-FTP username CISCO password CISCO
secondary ifs flash:CDR-flash
maximum buffer-size 15
maximum retry-count 3
maximum fileclose-timer 300
maximum cdrflush-timer 245
cdr-format compact
!
And regarding to the FTP. Its active and loges gonna appear when I'm trying to right the below commands

#file-acct flush with-close
#file-acc reset

So dears please advice me what can i do and I'm waiting ,...
