I have a CME installed in my office, and I would like to understand which is the correct way to implement a sort of application which monitor the status of all the extensions, or of a group of extensions.
I mean if an extension is idle, busy or in transfer with someone else.
I tried with the TSP.exe of CME, but it permits only to monito one extension and not a group of them.
I also tried to use XML, but this way gives me only if an extension is idle or busy, but not if is made a transfer.
