Completed Calls and Abandoned Calls

Hi All,

My objective is to collect the Completed and Abandoned Call Details from Cisco CRA IVR Server Database. CRA maintains a table "ContactCallDetails" in the "db_cra_ccdr" database to store the Call Details.

Can any one kindly help me in understanding the definition of the "Abandoned Calls" and "Completed Calls" with respect to Cisco CRA IVR Server and "how to collect the completed and abandon call details".

Refer to the Historical Reporting Administrator

and Developer Guide for the different reports that are available in CRS
