Our company is deploying CVP 3.0 and integrating a regional IPCC solution with ICM 6.0 and CCM 4.0. From the customer's perspective, I can't locate any fairly rigorous test plans that we would want to follow in insuring this solution works. Cisco's website doesn't seem to have anything on CVP 3.0 other than troubleshooting and overall admin/config. We need a test plan that includes gateways, gatekeepers, CVP components, ICM components, CallManager, etc.
Can anyone provide additional information?
Thanks in advance, Chris

There some companies which will help to do this test. They will pump in test calls and they will go through the call flow and test the load and that way if there is any issue they can track it.

Thanks for the reply...we'll investigate our options.

Hello Chris,
The test plans you develop should be based on the individual customer deployment. If you are having problems defining your test plans, you can contact Cisco Advanced Services to help you or your Partner, if you are working with one. CVP is QA'd in our test environments in the NEDC. Because we run through rigorous test plans, it is not necessary for our customers to repeat this effort. We do not provide our test plans to our customers.
Regards,
