I have 2 servers ( CUCM , Publisher and suscriber with 184.108.40.206000-1 version ) and Contact Center Express server version 7.0(2)_Build254 and finally a server with QM 2.7(3) and here is the problem , I have not any experience with QM and I need to record the agents activity .
I have installed the SQL 2005 server and QM 2.7(3) at a Windows 2003 server , and I was installed Quality Management administrator and Quality MAnagement desktop in my notebook with Windows XP SP3 . The clients PC`s have Windows 7 Professional . ( are compatible ? ) .
The first problems are with the recording ( I can not see yet ) and with Quality Management desktop ( I Can not log in ) .
