configure recording for agents CRS 4.0(2)

I have a new install of IPCC enhanced with CRS 4.0(2). I need to get some documentation on how to setup the call recording for the agents. I found a document that outlines how to setup the supervisor to listen in but it is for version 3.5.x and on this version the agents should have the ability to record the calls. I also can not find the admin guide for this version, can someon post a link to it. Thanks for your help.

As for configuring you agents to record their own calls you have to configure one of the task buttons (using Desktop Administrator) to trigger the recording of a call. The instructions for this can be found here:

Search the .pdf for "To set up a new utility action" and under their it will walk you through setting up a task button for agents to record a calls.
