We are upgrading from Contact Center 5 to 7. We currently run WFM against the
Contact Center server.
As far as i remember, we did not have to install any new licenses to the Contact Center server when we had the WFM installed. When we run the license validation tool for 7, it says we don't have the WFO licensed.
Does anyone know if there is a license required on the Contact Center so that WFM will work? We do not have QM, just WFM.
