Has anyone used the Contact Center Apps MIB with HP OpenView?
We have previously used the AlarmEX MIB which worked fine with ICM servers. The MIB contained a separate Event for each Alarm and you could set Severity and other parameters on an Event by Event basis with HPOV.
However the newer MIB that comes with later versions of ICM (7.0 I think) is different from traditional MIBs. It only has one Event and uses lookup tables to populate the parameters of the Event for each alarm type. As HPOV only sees one Event, we can't customise the Severity on a per Alarm basis (everything is therefore the same).
Has anyone had any luck customising this MIB for Alarm display or can it not be done?
