Hey team,
I have a customer with 15 end user and They would like to use Cisco Contact Center.
I have been thinking about the correct design, I found that Cisco contact center express 5.x has compatibility with CME 4.x .
Do you have some design suggestions?
thanks,

Hi,
You can go for BE6K solution which involves CUCM/IM& Presence/UCCX on Virtulaisation.

Hi,
you cannot buy UCCX 5.x, it's way past EoL.
Newer versions support CUCM only (CME support was dropped).

Since it appears you are on CME then you can implement B-ACD feature which provides basic call center functionality for CME.

Thank you Guys!!
My customer will need to customize some features and call recording funcionality. So I must use UCS servers.
thanks.

I guess I don't understand the statement you made about CME 4.X then?
Keep in mind also that the call recording functionality of UCCX is very limited, so you will need to look at other recording solutions such as Calabrio, etc. By the way you do not have to use UCS server for Cisco CCX deployments, you do for BE6K, but with traditional deployment you can virtulize Cisco apps on spec-based hardware of your choice.
HTH,
Chris
