We have Cisco Application Administration - 7.0(1)SR05_Build504. It has happened a couple of times that the all extensions configured on the contact center give a busy signal. I'm not sure why, nor do I get the chance to invetigate properly since daily operations demand a quick solution, which I offer by reboooting the server.
My question is what can be the cause of this? Is there a setting that I can check, something like maximum sessions or something? My goal is to prevent this from happening in the future or at least have a understanding as to why this is happening.
