Contact Deletion from BA Database

I need to delete the contacts from the campaign contact table and DL_<Campaign ID>_<Import Rule _ID> table in BA database. I need to delete the records that were uploaded through particular file and other contact should remain same in the both the tables. Can anyone please tell how to achieve this.

Hi Ven,

Data manipulation on the BA DB is not supported, what are you trying to achieve? Why don't you simply suspend the campaign and run a new import with only the records you still want to dial?

Thanks for your Response.

We are implementing CISCO dialer in a BPO company in place of Epro dialer.

Customer shall provide n number of files for a campaign(not all at the same time). Same shall be updated into BA database. During this operations if customer wants to delete the contacts that were uploaded thru particular file. Customer is not allowing to supend the Campaign or we to delete all the records and do a fresh upload.

How to achieve this functionality.
