ContactInactiveException in HTTP trigger application

Hi,

I have an application that is invoked via a http trigger, and that automatically dials a series of outside calls.

The script takes usually several hours to finish.

The script ran fine on a CRS 3.1 server, but after we built a new CRS 4.0 server and set up the applications again, the script fails to end properly, with a ContactInactiveException.

This is the log for that exception:

My guess is that the trigger times out before the scr?pt ends...

Should I increase the Idle timeout parameter in the HTTP trigger configuration? Or is there another parameter to consider?

Regards,

Ariel

Re: ContactInactiveException in HTTP trigger application

Are you using different codecs?

Re: ContactInactiveException in HTTP trigger application

Hi Ariel,

We have a new script where we are triggering from an HTTP trigger and trying to make outbound calls. We too are using CRS 4.0 ((4)_Build140) and if the person who is called hangs up during most points in the script it will terminate despite us handling the ContactInactiveException. Did you get resolution to your problem?

Thanks
