Contacts details not reflecting in baDialer in ICM 11.5

Hi,

 

I am facing an issue in ICM 11.5 SIP Dialer. My contacts are getting imported properly wherein the same is not getting reflected in baDialer and due to this the outbound call is not dialing out. While checking the baDialer Logs, i can see the below error.

 

dialer-baDialer Trace: (SipServer)    WinDump process has terminated, restarting...
23:26:06:721 dialer-baDialer Trace: (SipServer)    CreateProcess failed: command line: [windump -i 2 -tt -C 20 -s 0 -W 20 -w DialerCapture udp port 58800], error: [2].  

 

Can someone help me on this.

can you please attach baImport, campaignmanager and baDialer process logs here to the thread covering the issue.

Since that log error references capture, does the same issue happen when capture is disabled in the registry? As noted above, you'll probably need to provide more logs before anyone could try and point you in the right diurection.
