How can i get rid of contacts stuck i 'waiting' forever? i am using IPCC 3.5 and ccm 4.0(3).

A restart of the CRA engine service is required to get rid of the call stuck in queue.
Verify that there are no unsupported configurations or actions as per the Release Notes.Also check the scripts for any issues.
