Could it possible to change CAD agent's password by agents? UCCE

I want to set some standart password to agents and then they will change this password as they prefer.

Is it possible?

In all versions of UCCE 7.5 or earlier, this is not possible. Don't know for sure if this feature will be in 8.0, but I think I remember hearing something about this being on the roadmap.
