I get the following error message while trying to create a JTAPI Trigger
âCould not create CTI Route Point and corresponding Line on CallManagerâ
JTAPI Client Version is in sync with UCM: 3.1(1.4)
Funny enough this worked previously on the same MCS Hardware and Software Versions. I had to use the MCS servers for testing something else and did a fresh clean install of both UCM and UCCX and now I get this error message. This is an absolutely brand new install and no fancy configuration on the UCM. Just some IP Phones auto registered.

Since ur ipcc express version is 4.5 and ccm ver is 5.x.x, you have to first create the cti route points and cti ports on the callmanger , then it will automatically updated in ipcc express. This feature has been updated from the version 4.0 of ipccx.
Before ver 4.0 of ipccx we need to create the cti routepoints and cti ports in ipccx first and then in ccm
