I recently upgraded from Quality Manager 8.0 to 8.5(2)SR2. We use an off-box SQL 2005 Standard server (which is still supported), CCX8.5 SU4, and CUCM 8.6. We use Network Recording (Built in Bridge) all running on the Base Server.
The upgrade went fine (no errors), but no new recordings are showing up in the GUI. I've confirmed the files are being created in the staging directory.
After looking through various logs, it appears a database problem:
