I am writting an IVR script for IPCC Enterprise. In the IVR script I have been asked to use the 'Select Resource' and 'Dequeue' tags in the script but I don't see these on the CRA Editor. Is there a component that I am missing in the install. I have installed the software off the IPCC Express/CRA CDs and I am using version 3.5(3) of the software.
I am a bit confuse with this. If you are using IPCC Enterprise, I think that you don´t need the 'Select Resource' and 'Dequeue' steps, because they are using in IPCC Express for looking for an agent and queuing and dequeuing calls that are waiting for an anwsering resource.
In IPCC Enterprise you have to queue calls from the ICM Script Editor using steps as 'Queue To skill Group'.
