Creating caller survey in IPCCX (enterprise variables)
I'd like to create an application in IPCCX that presents the caller with a survey and allows them to enter digits as their responses. I would like to store the results as enterprise variables using "Set Enterprise" Call Info step. This way I can easily use the Historical Reporting application to generate a CSV file of the results.
My only problem is that the survey consists of at least 20 questions. There are only 10 Cisco Pre-defined Enterprise variables. ECC variables don't get stored to database. Is there a way around this?
