CRS 4.0 Pre-Upgrade Check Tool

Is this tool something that has to be purchased or may I download it? I have purchased the upgrade IPCX 3.X - 4.X upgrade pack and would like to perform this check.

It actually runs as part of the upgrade. You should run it prior to upgrading. Here is the link to download the tool.
