CRS 4.0x - Secondary Superviser Recording / Monitoring??

We're getting conflicting information on this so I thought I'd ask the forums for anyone that has CRS 4.0x setup.

Is it possible for a Secondary Supervisor of a team to Monitor agents on that team thru the Desktop Supervisor App? Or is it only the Primary Supervisor of a team that can do this?

Same question for being able to Record as well...

if a user is set as a Supervisor for an agent team, then when that supervisor is logged in, they will be able to monitor. (if they have monitoring installed on their desktop agent)

But does that just apply to the Primary Supervisor of the group or can the Secondary Supervisors also monitor?

Documentation never specifies, TAC is telling us "no", but they've also told us "no" for Barge and Intercept for Secondary Supervisors and our client is telling us the Secondary Supervisors can Barge and Intercept.

So I'm looking for someone that has CRS 4.0x installed and can tell me "yes, Secondary Supervisors CAN record and monitor" or "no, Secondary Supervisors CANNOT."
