CRS 4.5 Express Standard Phone Agent Issue

I am currently running CRS 4.5 express standard and my license reads 150 ivr port, ipcc express standard seat 5, and ipcc max agents 300. I have 7 ip phone agents but only 5 can login at one time. I tried appending another license with more ip phone agents but it does not change my lic update screen. Do I need to remove the old lic file? Any suggestions?

Hi Mike,

the license that you need to add is one containing more standard seats. The 'IPCC max agents' is an information that says how agents your system can handle, and not how many agents you can login. The 'standard seat' is the number of simultaneous seats (logins), if you update an correct lic file, this information have to change. You do not need to remove the old lic file.
