CRS Administration INVaild Service

Hi All,

I am seeing a red x next to CRS Administration suner the control center for my primary IPCC Experess server. I am running 5.0(2). Has anyone seen this before? CRS is still working but I can not get to the log in page for CRS.

Hi,

It seems that Cisco Unified CCX Administration  service is in disabled state.

Here is the link of the  doc that might help you to enable it.

"Service Appears as Invalid Under Control Center and Has Red X Beside It"
