CRS cluster errors IPCC Express

Hi, I think while the servers in the cluster were backing up something went wrong. Now when updating the jtapi trigger the following error appears:

Error while handling the input request.

Backup

And when trying to look to the trace files of the engines in control center Server Traces the following errors appears:

Control Center

Unable to retrieve the log file list for the directory.

java.rmi.ConnectException: Connection refused to host: <CRS_engine_ip_address>

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

Now I'm not able to see new resources in the CRS Administration. This is a 4 server IPCC Express cluster.

Re: CRS cluster errors IPCC Express

The message you get when you are trying to do something with the JTAPI.

Error while handling the input request.

Backup

This means that the Backup flag for IPCC is set and you are not allowed to do JTAPI while the system is being backedup.

Go to your BARS server and see if the last backup failed and possibly abended the BARS app. Run a single BARS backup of IPCC and if it succeeds this will clear the Backup flag that is stopping you from doing admin work.
