CRS CPU Usage 100% when adding a new license

Hi,

I have a CRS 4.0(3) when I try to add a new license file, CPU usage become 100% and and the license is not added. I'm adding this license with Remote Desktop access to the server.

May this be the reason for the issue?

Remember, Remote Desktop [a.k.a. Terminal Services] is NOT supported for such purposes.

What kind of license is that? Are you changing between packages (IPCC Express -> IP IVR) or just adding new ports?
