CRS Database Error Connection

Kindly check the snapshot and tell me what was the issue to resolve this problem as the user id and password will not change.

I have the same problem. We are on an upgraded CUCM6.1 partnered with a new UCCX 5.0

If you log in with credentials that are not allowed to do historical reporting, it says so.

Once you are added to the list of users allowed to historical report, it gives the error shown in your picture.

I am also stumped.

Did you resolve this problem? I am receiving the same error message. I did change the CRS server to mixed authentication and also changed the hrconfig.ini to mixed mode. In the past, this has fixed the problem. I am running version 7.0 of UCCX. Thanks.
