CRS Editor for the non-office hour prompt

hi all,

I am the new guy in using the CRS editor (IPCX 4.0(2)). I use the standard aa.aef file for my auto-attendant feature. However, it only provides with the standard welcome prompt. Can someone tell me how to cutomize the aa.aef so that I can have an office-hour greeting and non-office greeting for the IPAA feature.

In the Script Editor you have "Day of Week" and "Time of Day" nodes under General folder that you can use. They are straight forward, all you need to do is define the periods and place logic under True and Flase statements.
