CRS historical report unable to login using client
I've been trying to log in to the CRS historical report and i keep getting the error message " an error occurred while attempting to communicate with web server. check your user id and password and try again". The thing is that i have configured the user at the historical reporting> user management.
I am able to login to the CRS supervisor page using the same user ID. Any idea what am i missing here? I've followed the steps in the configuration guide. Thanks in advance.
