I have the same issue with a 4.5(2) IPCCX install with a Call Manager 5.1(2). I can login to the CRS initial setup and configure Callmanagers and CRS administrators from AD sync. However, after I restart the CRS node manager service and iis I receive 'UNAUTHORISED - you have failed to authenticate yourself......' Now I can't get in at all. Anyone solved this or seen it before. Regards.
