CRS Scripting for email alerts

Does anyone know the steps for setting up an email alert in a script? I want to send an email from a script to the Engineers when a caller get to the "System Trouble" step in the script.

Hi,

You can use email components available in CRS script editor to

1. create,

2. attach

3. send email.

you can have the information related to a call in defined variables and attach the same information to email.
