Hi,

Does any one know any good video training material on IPCC scripting.

I need to get some work done and I need good training resource. I have the cisco scripting development guide.

are you scripting in ICM, or IPIVR? CVP?

I am scripting in IPCC express using CRS editor

scripting development guide is the best start. you may want to use aa.aef and modify play around with it.

There are some other scripts as well there that gives you good idea all are located in your editor default directory.

Try the CRS editor help that is good resource as well with some examples.
