I'm using IPCCX 5 and CM 5. My problem is that I have configured the NTP IP address in the CRS configuration, but the server doesn't seem to synchronize the time/clock with the NTP server because the clock is off for a few minutes. And I don'think there's any problem with the network connection between them.
Is there any settings / steps that I missed ? Because the difference in time affects the accuracy when comparing CRS Historical Reports with other apps.
