We installed the new IPCC Express 5.0 system, integrated with Call Manager 6.01. Everything was working fine at our staging facility. We configured exact network configuration as per customer. We programmed few scripts as per customer's requirement and then We shipped the systems at our customer site and connect to the live network. Call Manager, Unity & IPCC Express server came up fine until for IPCC Express we are not able to login into the system via CRS ADMIN WEB PAGE. We enter the username and password and it keeps checking for this URL http://ipaddress/CRSLogin/j_security_check, no error message (only Authentication checks goes on and on and on).
Any help/suggestions would be great and appreciated.
