CRS4.5 agent can't login

Hi Guys,

I have just installed CRS 4.5 with CCM 5.0 but I am facing this issue:

I can?t login with the CAD ( neither with ip phone agent ) ? it says

? The ID you entered was not found ?

I searched a few troubleshooting docs and i noticed that I don?t have the C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop_config folder.

Have you faced similar issue before I will be glad to receive a tip!

To resolve this issue, perform these steps:

Make sure that you are typing the user ID correctly. User IDs are case sensitive.

Verify that you are using the correct Cisco CallManager password.

If the problem is still not resolved, try stopping and restarting the Cisco Desktop Sync Server service.
