crs40/ip ivr/taps

In CRS 40/IP IVR enviroment, Install TAPS application. got error message"sysparams or userpromt..."

Any idea? thanks in advance!

Looks like a known issue with a TAPS script that isn't compatible with your current environment.

I am told that CallManager 4.1(3) SR2 will fix the problem with the TAPS script of CRS 4.0, and will probably be released within two weeks.
