CRSJavaAdmin.exe crashes. Can't get into AppAdmin

Has anyone seen the CRSJavaAdmin.exe crash before? Every time I try to start it to access the AppAdmin pages, it stops after 2-3 seconds. the CRSJavaEngine.exe and CRSJavaService.exe are both running fine.

Just completed the upgrade process from 3.5 to 4.0 and I can't get back into the system to configure the CCM integration.

CRSJavaAdmin.ex.exe - Crash... Try this bug CSCsl98130 and There is a bug related to a Java memory leak in 4.0(4) that is fixed in SR1. When Java runs out of memory, the server processes reboot. The bug id is CSCse18183. You can search for this on Cisco.com and then click "Search the Bug Toolkit" for more info.
