not sure if this will answer your question completely but you can get the information regards UCCX to CSA compatibility in the "Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (Cisco Unified CCX) Software and Hardware Compatibility Guide" here:
That PDF will list the supported versions for your version/SR of UCCX.
When you go to download it, you should find there are two available downloads - a 'Standalone' version (basically CSA with a canned policy specific for UCCX and CCM, which doesn't require the management console), and a downloadable policy for customers who have the full CSA product purchased.
