Supervisor is on VPN Client running CSD 126.96.36.199/IP Communicator 8.6.1 is trying to Barge/Intercept a Agent on VPN with CAD 188.8.131.52/IP Communicator 8.6.1 however the Supervisor's intercept/barge is grayed out. They are logged into CAD, CSD Barge/Intercept works fine when CSD is on LAN, just fails when CSD is running with VPN Client. Windows XP SP3.
THe problem is only with VPN client. Is this a supported scenario? Why would Supervisor using the VPN client prevent them from using Barge/Intercept//Voip Monitor?
