If we have IPCCE ver 7.0 and we do no t have Outbound Dialer existed, then is it possible to use the Make Call at the CTI Client to do outside call? If yes, then it will return the call result (busy or no answer) so we can use this result to update our application (CRM)?
with CTIOS Toolkit you get CTI return codes, which would mean you would need to match then them with your CRM and CTI application to continue using Makecall, with Outbound all this is done transparently for you and you get Outbound result codes.
