CTI OS Dektop Login Failure

It looks like your client can't resolve the hostname snitswducspg1b. Can you ping this hostname?

If not, try adding it to your clients hosts file.

CTI OS Dektop Login Failure

Brian is correct, your agent pc can't resolve the hostname snitswducspg1b.  You have a few choices.  Rerun ctios setup and remove hostnames and use nothing but IPs.  Put a host entry in your local windows hosts file.  Or change your network configuration to attach the fully qualified domain name of that server.
