CTI/PG Server restarts if Agent is deleted from Agent Explore AW/HDS

Hi,

We have IPCC 6.0 Enterprise single site setup, whenevet we try deleting agent PG/CTI server restarts, not only one side both the side restarts. same problem happened more than two to three times

checked in the even viewer shows some errors : EventID : 49155

Fail: Assertion failed: (index>=0)&&(index<CLIENT_CB_HASH_SIZE). File:y\icm\pg\ctilink\ctisrvr\ctiappl.h Line 220.

and Dr Watson error :
