IPCC Ex RPs appear to have Unregistered. CMgr saw them as Offline / UnRegistered. IPCC JTAPI sync showed them OK. Downing both IPCC srvrs was fianl solution to get registered.
Please disable all call forwarding and watch for any re-occurrence of agents getting stuck in reserve
