CTI Ports unregisteration issue

Hello,

On the Event Viewer of my CCM 4.1(3) I found many errors 'Device Unregistered', the devices are the CTI ports associated with the JTAPI User used for the IP IVR 4.0(3).

We also have the same issue with another CCM 3.3 on the same LAN : 'Device Unregistered' the devices are the IP Phones.

I verified the DHCP Lease period, it is ok. What may be the reason ?

If it is a network issue (Loss of keepalives), may this result in unregistration of CTI ports registered on the CCM ?

Reset the CCMsysuser password in callmanager pub:

Please go to a cmd prompt on the Publisher and perform the following steps:

- type ccmpwdchanger

- Enter the administrator password and click next

- Under User ID select CCMSysUser

- Enter the password

- Click ok

restart TFTP, TomCAT, & CTIManager on both the pub/sub.
