CTI Ports

What happens if all the CTI ports are in use? What happens to the next call coming in? Does it get rejected? Also, is there a calculator to determine how many CTI ports are required for a call center?

Maybe you can try using the Call Forward Busy or Call Forward No Answer option in the CTI Route point to forward the call to AA if you want. So your call will not be rejected.
